Do you have ready cakes available for immediate pickup? Every cake at Divine Cakes is handcrafted and made-to-order to ensure maximum freshness. We do not keep a stock of "ready-to-go" cakes; therefore, we recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance.

How far in advance should I order? Our signature cakes from the online catalog are typically baked and ready within 24 hours. However, if you require a custom cake with specific flavors, fillings, or unique decorations, please reach out via our contact form. These custom orders require a minimum of 5 days' notice so we can review your request and confirm if the specific design and flavors can be achieved.

Do you offer gluten-free cakes? We do not currently offer gluten-free options. Our kitchen frequently handles wheat flour, and all of our current cake recipes contain gluten.

Is this order a gift? Yes! During checkout, you can select "Sending as a gift." This allows you to provide the recipient’s name and a personalized gift message while keeping the price hidden.

Will you ruin the surprise if I provide the recipient's phone number? Not at all! We only use the recipient’s phone number for delivery coordination once we have arrived at the door to ensure the cake stays safe and fresh.

Where do you deliver? We deliver within Katy, Fulshear, Richmond, Sugar Land, and the majority of the Houston metro area.

How much does delivery cost? Our delivery fees vary from $15 to $30 depending on your address. At the time of checkout, the system will calculate the exact delivery fee amount based on your location.

I input my address for delivery but the system is not allowing me to place an order. Why? If the system does not allow you to proceed, it is likely because your address falls outside of our current delivery radius. While we cover a large portion of the Houston metro area, some locations are beyond our reach to ensure the cakes arrive fresh and on time. If you believe this is an error, please reach out via our chat so we can double-check for you!

What are the instructions for local pickup? We are located in a residential area at 29146 Bentford Manor Court. Please feel free to ring the doorbell upon arrival—we are used to it! Note: mobile reception can be weak here, so please have your name ready for pickup before you enter the neighborhood.

Order Commitment: By placing an order, you agree that all details (flavor, design, and date) are correct. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup time are non-refundable. Care & Storage To ensure you experience the full quality of our handcrafted creations, please follow these "Divine Cakes" care instructions: - Temperature Control: Keep your cake refrigerated between 35–40°F until shortly before serving. - The Perfect Bite: For the best texture, allow your cake to rest at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before slicing. This is especially important for our delicate mille crepe layers. - Freshness Window: Our cakes are made without preservatives and are best enjoyed within 2–3 days of delivery. - Storage: Keep the cake covered or in an airtight box to preserve moisture and prevent it from absorbing other refrigerator scents. - Safe Transport: If transporting by car, please keep the cake on a flat, level surface (like the floorboard) with the air conditioning on high. Never leave a cake in a parked vehicle. - Ingredients & Labeling Policy: Each of our handcrafted cakes comes with a detailed label attached to the packaging.
